We just completed this beautiful concrete epoxy overlay for an upscale showroom in Lakewood NJ. The floor previously had carpet and all the carpet glue had to be removed. To make matters worse the concrete was in terrible condition. See the various pictures displayed of various stages of work.

It was cracking in many places and it had numerous joints and seams. Each joint had fill that was cracking. In addition the floor was not level and had been previously somewhat patched a leveled but improperly. All that patch and leveling was breaking off. We first had to grind the floor and scrape out any loose chunks and compromised sections of concrete. Then we had to properly level the floor to be a smooth even surface. Then we put down a few coats of stained concrete with various colors to give movement and swirls to the floor. Finally we put a clear high gloss epoxy coating on the surface to provide shine and protection.
