We recently completed a kitchen tile floor job and marble foyer in Holmdel NJ. The holmdel homeowners were looking to sell their house and move to Colts Neck NJ. The white tile floor in the kitchen with the darkened grout lines was definitely not a way to present their home to potential homebuyers. Additionally the marble foyer had not been polished in a number of years and a complete refinishing including honing and polishing the marble was definitely in order. To insure the kitchen grout was uniform and totally the right uniform color we opted to clean the grout first followed by a color seal. We also patched the grout in a number of places that the grout had cracked or chipped out.
