Many times in New Construction Homes the post construction cleanup does not suffice. When all the debris is cleared and the dust settles it just uncovers what is there to stay….Hopefully it is not too bad but sometimes it is. Especially home owners that notice all the little details can get quite distressed and upset from the brand new house that just does not look right to them. Restoring the proper grout color that will just not come clean is one common thing. Restoring marble can get scratched up from workers one and marble flooring and surfaces is another common one. Many times tools can drop on the marble or construction materials are dragged on it. All these scratches and scuffs ruin the shine and polish of the marble finish.
